步：室温90min或者15-20°C水浴18min。

第二步：20°C水浴25min。

第三步：37°C水浴35min。

    如果内有头皮屑絮状沉淀，说明脂蛋白和纤连蛋白析出，不会影响细胞培养状态。

假设细胞培养每代传代时间超过正常传代时间，有可能细胞培养过程中受到了污染或致电技术咨询。
