人降钙素(CT)Elisa试剂盒

操作原理：

降钙素(calcitoninCT)是一种含有32个氨基酸的直线型多肽类激素在人体里是由甲状腺的滤泡旁细胞(parafollicularcells又称C细胞)制造。在鱼类、爬虫类、鸟类、哺乳类身上都有发现这种激素。主要功能是降低血钙。但降钙素通常对于调节人体血液中钙离子(Ca2+)的恒定并没有很显著的重要性。是由甲状腺C细胞分泌的。换言之甲状腺C细胞是分泌降钙素的内分泌细胞。胞体较大呈圆形、卵圆形或不规则形单个嵌在甲状腺滤泡壁上贴近基膜或成群散在滤泡间组织中又称滤泡旁细胞。
