人补体片断C4a（C4a）Elisa试剂盒

操作原理：补体片断4aC4是形成膜攻击复合体物(MAC)的*个补体分子分子量190kDa由α和β两条多肽链组成。在C4转化酶的作用下C4的α链N末端裂解出一个分子量为11kDa的小片段C4a进入液相中其余部分为110kDa的大片段C4b仍结合在细胞膜表面。C4a作为前炎性介质能引起血管舒张、血管通透性增加对中性粒细胞有强烈的趋化作用能促使中性粒细胞脱颗粒和呼吸爆发并协同其它介质进一步促进白细胞的活化。因此C4a在许多炎性疾病的病理发生过程中起到了重要作用。
